Seller and scope

The seller is TCT GLOBAL S.L., tax identification number B19770049, with registered address at Calle Alfonso IX, n.º 3, ground floor, 36003 Pontevedra, Spain. Contact: info@paaaaws.com. These conditions govern orders placed on paaaaws.com.

Products and orders

Each product page must state the item’s characteristics, materials, dimensions, care requirements and any relevant warnings. Illustrative images or simulations must be identified as such. The selected options and the agreed specifications form part of the order.

Before sending, you can review the format, the options and the amount. The final button submits the commission and charges no amount, and submitting it opens a file with a reference number. That number, together with these conditions, is the record you can keep; Paaaaws writes to you afterwards with the confirmation and the lead time.

Buying on this site creates a customer account with your email address, from which you can review your orders. You can also check out as a guest, without registering. If you would rather have the commission handled by email and without an account, leave it in the configurator and a file will be opened with a reference number. If you detect unauthorised access to your account or to your file, report it as soon as possible.

Price and payment

The currency for a commission is the euro (EUR). The price you see is the final price: it includes transport and the import taxes and duties of the destination, and no line and no amount is added when you pay. Transport is included in the price of the format and is not charged as a separate line. The following payment methods are accepted: card through PayPal’s secure page, PayPal, and bank transfer. The order is confirmed as soon as the payment is received; with bank transfer, once the payment has cleared.

For destinations requiring import formalities, the shipment is sent on DDP terms, with taxes and duties settled by us, to the European Union, the United States and Mexico, so you pay nothing on delivery. If the destination is another country, those formalities are your responsibility and we warn you before confirming the order. No optional services will be added without an express choice.

Preparation and delivery

Available destinations: European Union, United States, Mexico and the rest of the world. Shipping costs: there are no shipping costs for you to pay. Shipping is included in the format price and is not charged as a separate line, neither at the start nor at the end. Preparation: 7 working days, depending on availability and coat complexity. Transport: fifteen days to the European Union and to the United States, and between fifteen and twenty days to the rest of the world. Made-to-order products: every piece is made to measure. From the moment you send your photographs until you hold it, about three weeks pass, combining preparation and transit.

If something turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you to arrange the appropriate solution. We will not substitute the item for another without your agreement. Report any delivery problem to info@paaaaws.com, giving the order number and whatever information you have.

Cancellations and personalisation

You may request changes or cancellations by writing to info@paaaaws.com. We will inform you of the order status and of the options available. This handling does not replace the right of withdrawal where it exists.

Where bespoke commissions are offered, the design, the options, the included revisions and the point of approval must be settled before payment: the configurator fixes the format and the options, Paaaaws reviews your photographs and confirms the proposal before charging anything. You confirm in writing, the piece is prepared, and you receive photographs and video before it is packed, with tonal adjustments made at no cost while the piece has not been delivered. The approval date is recorded in the file in writing, and the preparation period begins from it. A product will not be treated as personalised merely because it was made after the order.

Withdrawal and returns

As a consumer you generally have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify your withdrawal, and a further 14 to return the goods. You bear the direct cost of return only if you were informed of it beforehand; for goods that cannot be returned by ordinary post: we will inform you of the estimated cost before you decide. The return cost is yours, unless the error is ours in the shipment or the piece arrives with a problem.

We will refund payments, including ordinary shipping, within 14 days of the notification; we may wait to receive the goods or proof of their return. The same payment method will be used unless otherwise agreed at no cost. You may be held responsible for depreciation caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excepted from the right of withdrawal, subject to prior information; they retain the legal warranty.

Warranty and complaints

New goods sold to consumers in Spain carry a three-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. The legal remedies are free where they apply. Contact for problems: info@paaaaws.com.

The applicable legislation and the legally competent courts apply, without limiting the consumer’s mandatory protection.
