Do not include third-party data in your messages or files unless it is necessary. If you send photographs, check that you are able to use them for the commission. Any eventual promotional publication will require specific authorisation, independent of the purchase.
Recipients, transfers and retention
The suppliers needed to provide each service may access the corresponding data. Payments: payment is processed by PayPal, which acts as the payment institution and processes the data needed to complete it and, where bank transfer is chosen, using the bank details requested from you when you select that method. Hosting and email: data is hosted on TCT GLOBAL S.L.’s own servers and email is sent from that same server. Orders and content: WooCommerce and the content management system run on that same hosting, with no transfer of data to third parties. Cookies: Complianz, installed on the same hosting; it loads no analytics or advertising services. Transport: an air carrier contracted for each shipment, which processes only the name, phone number, delivery address and order reference.
Retention is by purpose. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for six months. Order data, for the duration of the commercial relationship and the statutory warranty periods. Tax and invoicing data, for the period required by tax and commercial regulations. Files and photographs provided for a commission, until the piece is delivered and the warranty period ends, unless you ask for their deletion beforehand. Newsletter data, until you withdraw your consent. After ordinary use ends, the applicable retention and blocking obligations apply.
Rights and further information
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the contact given above. You may complain to the AEPD.
Mandatory fields are identified in each form. If they are not provided, it may not be possible to handle the request. No automated decision-making is carried out and no profiling is performed with your data.
